We have this base/umbrella set up on our Azek deck and it slid off the deck with only a moderate breeze (we do not have a railing around the deck since it is only 1 foot off the ground). I've since installed a blocker board to keep the base from sliding around.

Very disappointing considering what we paid for the entire umbrella and stand. Not certain how to address this issue and concern.

This item is a Treasure Garden AKZ Replacement Base that is only to be used with the Treasure Garden AKZ Umbrella. This base fits both the 11' Octagon and the 10' Square versions of the AKZ and is available in Bronze and Black frame finishes. The AKZ Replacement Base holds 250 lbs. of sand (sand not included).
