It took 3-4 chats/calls to find out that they were in production when the order status showed "in process" and I had been charged. At one point, I was told by a rep that she would call me back within 24 hours with a status, and she never did. I thought you were charged when things shipped? Not sure I will purchase here again because of the lack of information and customer service.

And I loved that I got to pick my colors for the frame and seating.
