It is well made, and fair instructions for assembly. Lighting unit comes assembled, with long lead wires. It would be nice if there was some way to provide leveling capability - it hangs just a touch off level which I notice, but not my wife.

It is 46'' in length, 15'' in width and has an adjustable height ranging from 18.5'' to 72.5''. Comes with eight 12'' downrods and two 6'' downrods. It uses five candelabra size bulbs of up to 60 watts per bulb. Bulbs not included.
