Ceramic heat deflector plates allow you to cook on your Primo grill using indirect heat. In order to use the heat deflectors, a set of Heat Deflector/Drip Pan Racks is required. The drip pan racks (PG00333) are sold separately. Together, the PG00324 and PG00333 are for use with the Primo Oval XL 400 grill. The Primo PG00324 comes in set of 2. They can be used individually or together. When used alone, the option of direct cooking is available on the other half of your grill. When used together, simply set both on the drip pan racks* to transform your grill into an oven or low temperature smoker. *Deflector plates are set on top of the required Heat Deflector/Drip Pan Racks. This item is sold separately.
