I have twice requested replacement pieces to replace the damaged pieces instead of having to return the entire set and wait for a replacement....seeing I waited over 2 months for the first one to arrive. As of yet I have not had a reply from customer service about the claims I have submitted..it's been over 3 weeks. A response or an update to my request would be greatly appreciated. So the actual product 5 stars...customer service...not so great
