A fan-tastic decorating idea for your lodge or restaurant; our award-winning Chandel-Air design features an authentic Birchwood shade transformed into a decorative and functional casement for a fan that spins quietly in the center. This famed nature-inspired design is a custom fan-integrated lighting design featuring the grain and texture of Natural Birchwood that is complemented with a hand-finished Vintage Copper finish. The Birchwood lens is sustainably harvested from timbers found locally in the nearby Adirondack Mountains. Multiple layers of light are offered for different moods and tasks. Three circuits operate eight inner lights that bring out the beauty of the wood; eight downlights on the shade that deliver functional illumination on surfaces below; and a fan that spins quietly in the center. Designed as an energy saver; the Chandel-Air can pull hot air up; and keep the space cool in the summer; and reversed in the winter to push down hot air and maintain warmth. The fixture is ideal for illuminating a Great Room; Lobby; and other spaces in log homes; lodges; and camps throughout North America; including Lake George; New York; Vilas; North Carolina; and Gatlinburg; Tennessee. The Birchwood Chandel-Air is featured in our American-made; American-designed; handcrafted Chandel-Air Lighting Collection; which is manufactured in Yorkville; New York. UL and cUL listed for dry and damp locations.
