We would like to receive a replacement fabric umbrella cover. There is some damage to the box the umbrella arrived in - we are wondering whether the umbrella could have been damaged in transit? All of the hardware in our order appears to be in good condition. What is the process after a customer reports receiving damaged merchandise? I hope to hear from someone soon. mcap

The new umbrella arrived early and fits/works perfectly. We especially enjoy the tilt feature for sunny afternoons. Finally, as a demonstration of excellent client service, we changed the fabric from those available to a fabric not listed (but available the year previously, Sunbrella Natural) so that the new umbrella would match our old ones. The umbrella 11' dimension Is determined by umbrella's ribs which are 66 inches in length; following one rib up and over to the other rib is how they get an 11' dimension. It is not a straight across measurement on the underside of a full open umbrella.

Very easy to follow, but why were there no instructions? or at least a piece of paper directing us to u-tube instead of having to hassle?????
