  • 3.0 out of 5.0     Beautiful looking seats and high quality Christopher from  Annapolis, MD 9-16-2024 Despite these characteristics, we found that the white mesh seating material develops what appears to be mildew spots and they are very difficult to clean because of the material even with a soft bristle brush. Our stools are 7 mo old and the seat and backs looked dingy with the black mildew to varying degrees based on sun exposure. We tried mildew methods to clean without success, water/vinager without success, mildew non bleach mildew spray without much success and eventually a hypochlorite based mold/mildew cleaner did the trick. What a pain... after cleaning we treated with 303 Fabric Gaurd to see if that will help. These chairs are VERY expensive and I would expect better resiliency to staining, mold/mildew. Our lounge chairs with the same color fabric from William Sonoma do not have this problem. I expected better....
