I owned 6 Telescope swivel rocker dining armchairs for over 15 years and I bought them used. I lived about 20 miles from the Telescope factory in Granville NY. We all knew the quality of the chairs and when I left and got an apartment with a large balcony I knew I wanted 2 of these chairs. Luxe DECOR was the right choice after scanning the web for what I wanted. they were honest about how long it would take which was 12-16 weeks. I got them at 11 weeks. They were packaged well and shipped, and the delivery person brought them to my apartment on the 4th floor. I live in an apartment with no storage for the winter months or as they say in Seattle, the wet months. I know from my experience these chairs can stay outside and they will never rust. I truly love them and if you like comfort and reliability give them a try and I recommend Luxe DECOR.
