  • 5.0 out of 5.0     Incredible HUGE "GoRgeous"solid sofa! Janice from  Roseville, CA 3-3-2021 This is a four star hotel quality outdoor sofa. I was worried about the wicker looking a little like vinyl or faux wicker, it does not. It's a matte weathered grey and just gorgeous! Very solid! Each cushion weighs a lot... even the back cushions. The seating is very firm, so this is great for anymore with back issues, but if you prefer seating with more " give" and squish, this is not for you. This can seat 5-6 people without a problem. You can sleep in this sofa, and there is still room for someone to sit! The box it arrives in is huge, with the wooden pallet being most difficult to dispose of, but that's ok, as it arrived perfect! My only complaint is with patio living. This sofa arrived 3 weeks later than my promised delivery date. I get that, with Covid but a update by them would of been nice. I had to email several times and ask what was happening. I felt neglected as a customer. When I submitted a review to a consumer website and complained it was then I finally got a response and was updated, and followed up with. If they can improve their follow ups for delays with purchases, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Just even a acknowledgement stating they have not forgotten about your purchase, and sorry for the unexpected delay with a estimated updated delivery date would be nice. Overall I'm very very happy with this item!

The wicker is feels more like a resin material than wood so it holds up to the elements although we try to keep ours covered. The cushions hold a ton of water when they get wet and take a long time to dry. The are like sponges! Other than that, I love it!
