Mark from  Hertford, NC 6-1-2021 Have used SC over a few years and find it to be very sturdy and long lasting in outdoor coastal conditions. Having said that, my recent chair order took about six months to get. Given the price of this furniture and the fact that the buyer has to put it together, I would expect the quality control to reflect the cost and also include spare hardware bits. I had two chairs delivered, one went together fine, the second was missing every flat washer that should have been in the hardware bag. Quality control? Still waiting on the additional hardware after 2 weeks.
