We had to wait a couple of months for the chairs to arrive but it was worth it to finally find swivel chairs of this made with premium materials. Only this kind of high quality leather and wood will hold up to regular use. The chairs are beautiful. We are quite pleased with this product. It took a little time to figure out that the mechanism to adjust the chair is a twist/turn rather than using the arm to pumps up and down. Other than the long wait for our chairs to be available, this was a very positive experience for us.
