4.0 out of 5.0 The Product is Great...the Delivery May Cause Confusion. Jane from Millersville, MD 2-9-2023 Let me start out by saying the Customer Service Team was outstanding. We had a few issues with the delivery and the condition of the product (scratched and dirty), but Customer Service worked through them all. If you order White Glove Service, be prepared to drill the holes in preparation of inserting the bolts. Our delivery truck would not drill the holes, so hence could not build the product. I ended up assembling the table (no more difficult than the aver AKIA item) myself and all the damaged parts were replaced to our satisfaction. Looking forward to many picnics on our maintenance free picnic table.
4.0 out of 5.0 Need More Predrilled Holes Delores from Mount dora, FL 6-23-2022 This table is a good product, but the assembly could be improved. The support arms are attached together with deck screws. The holes for these screws are at angles to the surface and difficult to drill. Suggest these holed be predrilled and potentially even be designed to be sturdier when installed, i.e., use bigger fasteners with predrilled installation holes.

We have three young kids and wanted something that’s low maintenance and functional for our backyard. It looks nice and seems sturdy. Things to be aware of: the edges of the bench may need to be “sanded” smooth. I cut myself trying to sit on one of the benches the first time. The hardware also rusted within the first week. It’s annoying because it’s on the benches so you can see it right away. We plan to replace the hardware with stainless, but you’d expect at this price point, nothing would need to be replaced…especially so soon. It also CAN seat six people, but the size of the table surface is not large. You could each have a small dining plate, but not much else. Overall though, we like this table and would still recommend. The pros outweigh the cons for us.

3.0 out of 5.0 Nice enough table, heavy, good for a windy coastal location, but.... Labrat from Lunenburg, MA 2-12-2021 The base arms that come shipped are nailed together in areas. The nail heads are already rusting. You then need to screw these arms together to form the tri-arm set up where each arm supports the middle of each seat section. There are no pre-drilled holes. So I pre-drilled them only to get a drill bit stuck, so I had to break off the drill bit on the front and back side of the arm, leave it in the plastic, and start over again. The screws provided are fairly weak and the head slot stripped easily. For an $1000 list price table, pre-drill the holes and provide better screws for the customer! It was a frustrating part of the assembly. All the other assembly parts (bolts, washers) appear to be robust, but we'll see now how they will hold up in the coastal elements. I certainly will not be pleased should they rust as well. And to be clear, the bolts/washers had been indoors in a plastic bag they were shipped in until I assembled the table this weekend whereas the support arms had been outside for a month or so in whatever weather was present. Probably would give it 2.5 stars if I could, and then upgrade to 4 stars if the bolts/washers hold up as expected.
