I had read reviews that the "antique bronze" table was more of a black, and I have to say that it looks totally black. But I knew this might happen and was ok with black or bronze but buyer be aware. Not too hard to assemble but you have to put the underneath horizontal parts in a certain order which was not in the manual. Otherwise they won't fit.

The rep helped us place the order and answered our question via email. The rep gave us an approximate ship date and the company updated us while the order was pending. I obtained a tracking number and called the shipper. When the shipper handed off to a local delivery company they delivered the table and were very courteous. Great experience, recommended to my son and daughter in law.

The representative described it as a matte finish which was quite dark. I would describe the finish as a charcoal black which is exactly what I was looking for. A previous review had described the mocha as having a coppery finish. , which I did not want. The table is beautiful, though It did take two to put togetjer, which was fine. I could not be more pleased!

The only issue I had was the color: I ordered the "mocha" option, which ended up being much brighter than in the picture - more like copper, really (i.e., more orange than brown). I would have preferred it to be one level darker, as it appears in the picture, but I still like the table.
