I did not realize that I had order the bar height stool when I needed the counter height. I called Patio Living to explain the problem and the employee who I spoke with said that she would contact the manufacturer and see if they could send new counter height legs so that the return shipping costs would be lower if only the legs needed to be returned. The next day I received a email notification that the new legs were being shipped and another email explaining how to return the bar height legs. What outstanding customer service. I will definitely use Patio Living for future orders. Thank you.
